The Editors of Trade, Law and Development invite submissions of unpublished, original manuscripts for publication in the Winter issue of the Journal (Vol. 9, No. 2 (2017)). The Editors seek to publish works of the highest quality sharing the theme and ideals of the Journal.

Trade, Law and Development seeks to provide an avenue for free exchange of ideas, critical thinking and constructive debate on issues of relevance to the international legal order and the world trading system. TL&D has a wide scope encompassing, inter alia, international economic law, commercial law, development, environmental law, legal education, intellectual property, dispute resolution, as well as public and private international law. The Journal commits itself to exploring issues pertinent to developing nations.

Manuscripts received by September 20th, 2017 shall be considered for publication in the Winter issue. We accept and publish works for subsequent issues on a rolling basis.

We encourage authors to discuss their ideas, even at a nascent stage, for the sake of clarity, convenience and coordination. For an insight into the scope and purpose of the Journal please see the Editorial Policy. Specific information and guidelines for prospective authors are available in the Submissions Section.

Articles may either be submitted online or by way of e-mail (See further, Authors Guidelines).
